Mr. Shen Muyu joined Shaoxing Guangming Electrical Appliance Factory in 1971, starting as a technician and then group leader in the trial production team. With his outstanding technical research and development capabilities and diligent work attitude, he was promoted to deputy factory director in charge of technology at Shaoxing Electron Tube Factory in 1976. During this period, he fully promoted technological progress and institutional reform in the factory, enabling the enterprise to successfully support national-level projects and bring honor to the province and city. The original Shaoxing Guangming Electrical Appliance Factory was developed into Shaoxing Electron Tube Factory, laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise. In 1989, due to his outstanding performance, he was transferred to the Economic and Planning Commission of Yuecheng District, to serve as the section chief, responsible for managing the district's township enterprises and some directly affiliated enterprises. With his remarkable management skills, he revitalized the enterprises within the jurisdiction, and in 1994, he was transferred and promoted to senior engineer and director-level officer at the Shaoxing Municipal Economic Commission.

In 1998, in the face of a severe economic crisis at the factory caused by the failure of the original owner's investment, Mr. Shen Muyu was entrusted with the mission at a critical moment and took over the factory with the support of the bank. Leading all the employees to strive hard, after three years of efforts, not only did they clear the debts, but also the enterprise was reborn. As a result, he was elected as the chairman. In 2004, he established a new company, moved the factory to the Development and Entrepreneurship Park, and led the enterprise to transform from traditional stainless steel etching to OLED glass etching, and then to the copper alloy etching of mobile phone camera zoom motors today, always staying at the forefront of the industry. Under his leadership, the company has been thriving and has contributed over 100 million in taxes to Shaoxing City, making contributions to the local economic development.

Mr. Shen Muyu has always adhered to driving the development of the enterprise through technological innovation, emphasizing talent cultivation and team building. Under his leadership, the enterprise has won multiple municipal and provincial science and technology progress awards and has been recognized as a specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprise as well as a national high-tech enterprise. It has now become a small giant cultivation enterprise. Mr. Shen Muyu, with his outstanding leadership, innovative spirit and sense of social responsibility, has written a legendary journey from a technical backbone to an enterprise leader, making remarkable contributions to the development of the industry and social progress.
